Block Listing Application

Lookers plc ("Lookers" or the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made for a total of 9,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

5,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each will be blocklisted pursuant to the Company's Save as You Earn Share Option Scheme, and 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each will be blocklisted pursuant to the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 28 October 2014

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
