The Board of Lookers plc ('Lookers') was notified on Thursday 19 June 2008 that the family interests of Mr Tony Bramall have acquired a further 400,000 Lookers ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The acquisitions were 250,000 shares on 18 June 2008 at 68 pence per share and 150,000 shares at 70 pence per share on 19 June 2008.

Mr Tony Bramall and his family interests are holders of 37,593,576 shares representing 20.69% of the existing issued share capital of the Company. All shares are voting shares. One vote one share.
