accordance with Chapter 16 16.4 (a) (b) in respect of Mr Andrew Campbell Bruce
who was appointed a Director on 9th May 2002 :-

Mr Bruce a Director of Charles Hurst Limited has an option over 12,466 Lookers
ordinary shares at an option price of 124 pence per share granted on 26th
September 2001 exercisable between 26th September 2004 and 25th September 2011.

There are no details to be disclosed as required by 16.4 (b) in respect of
Paragraph 6.f (b)to(g).
