Lookers plc announces that Oliver Laird, incoming Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 14,800 ordinary shares in the Company on 3 November 2021 at a price of 65.4p per share.  Oliver Laird's appointment as Chief Financial Officer will be effective from 15 November 2021, at which point he will be considered a PDMR.
