Lookers plc announces that Ian Bull, incoming Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 9th September 2021 at a price of 70p per share. Ian Bull's appointment as Non-Executive Chairman will be effective from 1st October 2021, at which point he will be considered a PDMR.
