                       Resignation of Alternate Director


The Company has today received a letter of resignation from Mr Richard Gaskin as
Alternate Director for Mr Neil Clyne, a non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Gaskin has resigned following his relocation to take up another role within
the GE organisation.
