The issuer advises that the following replaces the 'Holding in Company'
announcement released yesterday 1 February 2001 at 17.02 (under RNS No.2462Y)
The second paragraph of this announcement contains additional information
which was omitted from yesterdays announcement.


The Company received a notification yesterday from M&G Investment Management
Limited, informing them that they no longer have a holding.

The Company believes that these shares were acquired by Guinness Peat Group
plc and form part of the total holding that Guinness Peat Group plc announced
on the 26 January 2001.
