The Company received  notification on the 10 August 2000, from Jupiter Asset
Management Limited, informing them that following a recent transaction (date not
specified) they have a non-beneficial interest in 3,564,573 ordinary shares
representing 10.53 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
