The Company were advised today, 29 November 2002 that Jupiter Asset Management
Limited now has an aggregate interest in 2,489,573 Ordinary shares in the
Company which represents 7.27% of the Company's Ordinary shares in issue of
which Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC has an interest in 2,019,573 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing 5.90% of the Company's ordinary shares in
issue.
