The Company announces that in accordance with the disclosure thresholds it
received notice on 30 October 2007 from Schroders Investment Management Limited,
that following a transaction on 29 October 2007 Schroders revised holding of
ordinary 5 pence voting shares in the Company, comprises 8,989,493 or
approximately 4.983% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
