received notice on 31 October 2007 from Legal & General Group Plc (L&G), that
following a transaction on 17 October 2007 the L&G holding of ordinary 5 pence
voting shares in the Company, comprised 5,571,154 or 3.08% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
