The Company received a letter today, Monday 31 December 2007, dated 24 December
2007 advising that following a transaction on 20 December 2007, Barclays PLC 
('Barclays') had an interest in 21,770,656 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in 
the Company, representing approximately 12.02% of the total voting rights over 
the Company's issued share capital.
