The Company was informed on 22 November 2005 that Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiary companies has increased the holding in ordinary shares of the Company
to 2,144,210 ordinary shares representing 6.01% of the company's issued share
capital by the acquisition of a further 350,300 ordinary shares.
