The Company announces that in accordance with the disclosure thresholds it received notice on 4 August 2009 from Schroders Investment Management Limited, that following a transaction on 3 August 2009 Schroders revised holding of ordinary 5 pence voting shares in the Company, comprises 18,904,000 or approximately 4.93% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
