Voting Rights and Capital
Lookers plc (the 'Company') announces in accordance with the Disclosure Rules,
that the Company's issued share capital has increased by 200,404 new ordinary
shares of 5 pence each to 180,395,435 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
This increase is following the issue and allotment of shares under the scrip
dividend offer made by the Company to shareholders who appeared on the Register
of members as at 13 April 2007. The new shares listed as at 31 May 2007.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 180,395,435 ordinary shares of 5
pence each with voting rights in the Company of one vote per share, or
180,395,435 in total.
