Lookers plc (the ''Company'') announces that on 30 May 2018 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each pursuant to its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 7^th March 2018.

Number of shares repurchased: 43,685 Date of transaction: 30/05/2018 Average price paid per share: 104.9376p Lowest price paid per share: 104.60p Highest price paid per share: 105.00p

The Repurchased Shares will be cancelled. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 394,539,623. The figure of 394,539,623 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
