Result of AGM
LoopUp Group plc (LSE AIM: LOOP), the cloud platform for premium hybrid communications, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held today, Thursday 30 June 2022, all the resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed .
As per the Company's earlier announcement today, the Company did not propose Resolution 1 (approval of the Group's audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "2021 Accounts") ) and Resolution 4 (ratification of late delivery of the 2021 Accounts) each as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Such resolutions will be proposed at a General Meeting to be convened in due course following publication of the Group's Annual Report and 2021 Accounts.
