Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a second interim dividend of 7.50p per Ordinary Share of 25p, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2012, be paid on 31 October 2012 to holders registered at the close of business on 12 October 2012.  The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 10 October 2012.
