Dividend Resolution

The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a third interim dividend of 8.5p per Ordinary Share of 25p (2012: 7.5p), in respect of the year ending 30 September 2013, be paid on 31 October 2013 to holders registered at the close of business on 11 October 2013.  The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 9 October 2013.

This interim dividend is 13.3% higher than the dividend paid for the same period last year, and the dividends paid cumulatively to date for the year are 11.1% higher than last year.
