Dividend Resolution

The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a third interim dividend of 9.0p per Ordinary Share of 25p (2013: 8.5p), in respect of the year ending 30 September 2014, be paid on 31 October 2014 to holders registered at the close of business on 10 October 2014.  The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 9 October 2014.

This brings the total of the dividends paid to date to 27p (2013: 25p), 8.0% higher than last year.
