Dividend Resolution

The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a final dividend of 10.0p per Ordinary Share of 25p (2013: 9.0p) in respect of the year ended 30 September 2014, be paid, subject to shareholder approval, on 30 January 2015 to holders registered at the close of business on 9 January 2015.  The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 8 January 2015.

The total dividend for the year will be 37.0p (2013: 34.0p), an increase of 8.8%.
