Dividend Resolution

The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a third interim dividend of 11.0p per Ordinary Share of 25p, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2016, is to be paid on 31 October 2016 to holders registered at the close of business on 7 October 2016.  This compares with the dividend of 10.0p per Ordinary Share of 25p for the same period last year. The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 6 October 2016. This brings the total dividend paid to date in respect of the current financial year to 33.00p [2015:30.00p] and is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.
