Annual General Meeting held on

Wednesday 20 January 2016

Lowland Investment Company plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed, three of which were special resolutions, including resolutions that a general meeting may be called on not fewer than 14 clear days' notice and authorising the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99% (equivalent to 4,050,082 ordinary shares as at today's date).

The Company also announces that from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting that Mr Rupert Barclay had retired from the Board.
