In keeping with provision DTR 5.6.1 the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the 10 for 1 share split which became effective today, the Company has issued share capital consisting of 270,185,650 ordinary shares of 2.5p. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. 

The total number of voting rights in the Company at 7 February 2022 is 270,185,650.

The above figure (270,185,650) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
