Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 June 2011 that Per Staehr, Non-Executive Director, on the same day purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 34.5 pence per share. Further to this purchase, Per Staehr is beneficially interested in 125,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
