Director/PDMR Shareholding

LPA  Group PLC ("the Company") has been notified that Per Staehr, non-executive director of the Company, has today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, at a price of 32 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Per Staehr is now beneficially interested in 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents 0.57% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
