The Company was notified on 15 April 2010 that Per Staehr, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), at a price of 28 pence per Ordinary Share. Further to the
purchase, Per Staehr is beneficially interested in 75,000 Ordinary Shares, being 0.66% of the Company's issued share
capital.
