LPA Group plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it was informed on 29 March 2023 that Paul Curtis, Chief Executive Officer purchased 11,700 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 86.89 pence per share on 29 March 2023.

Following the above purchase, Paul Curtis is beneficially interested in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
