LSL PROPERTY SERVICES ACQUIRES THE ESTATE AGENCY, LAND AND NEW HOMES AND LETTINGS BUSINESS OF GOODFELLOWS GROUP PLC

LSL Property Services plc is pleased to announce the acquisition on 28 May 2010 of the assets of the estate agency, land and new home and lettings business of Goodfellows Group plc (the "Business") for a cash consideration of £963,968.

The Business encompasses nine estate agency and lettings offices with particular strength in land and new homes.
