COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF THE MORTGAGE ALLIANCE

LSL Property Services plc, a leading provider of residential property services, is pleased to announce that on the evening of the 5^th July 2011 its subsidiary, First Complete Limited, completed the acquisition of The Mortgage Alliance (TMA), the mortgage distribution business of Santander UK plc. The value of the gross assets acquired was £250,000.
