Analyst Site Visit

LSL, a leading provider of residential property services, incorporating estate agency and surveying businesses, is hosting an analyst site visit today at the Company's operations in Southampton.

A tour of the Group's call centre, lettings and asset management operations will take place and analysts will be given the opportunity to meet with the Group's Executive Directors as well as members of operational management. The day will be hosted by Simon Embley, LSL's Chief Executive, and Steve Cooke, Group Finance Director. No material new information will be disclosed during the day.

LSL will be reporting its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2010 on Wednesday 2 March 2011.
