Board Change

LSL, a leading UK provider of residential property services, announces the appointment of Helen Buck as Executive Director, Estate Agency with effect from 2^nd February 2017, subject to the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Helen has been a Non-Executive Director of LSL since December 2011 and has excellent knowledge of the business.  Helen will cease to serve as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees from 2^nd February 2017, when she will commence her new role.

Helen was previously Chief Operating Officer at Palmer & Harvey.  Prior to this she was part of the Sainsbury's Management team from 2005 to 2015, including 5 years as a member of the Operating Board. Helen has extensive expertise in strategy, marketing, commercial and operations. Before joining Sainsbury's, Helen held a number of senior positions at Marks & Spencer, Woolworths and Safeway and was a senior manager at McKinsey & Co.
