Director Changes

LSL, a leading UK provider of residential property services, today announces that Dean Fielding has decided to step down as Group Finance Director to pursue other personal interests. The Board of LSL would like to thank Dean for his exceptional contribution to the business over the past 15 years, particularly during the past eight years as Group Finance Director.  

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Cooke as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 July 2010. Dean will step down from the Board on that date but will work with Steve for a handover period, including the publication of the interim results on 4 August 2010.  Dean is expected to leave the business on 30 August 2010.

Steve has strong financial and commercial experience through a variety of senior PLC and Private Equity roles. He joins from Bestinvest, the Independent Financial Adviser backed by 3i, where he has been for the past two years as CFO and latterly, COO.  Prior to this, Steve has been CFO of Mapeley PLC and Energis where he was part of the successful turnaround team.  Having qualified with Coopers and Lybrand, Steve's early career was spent in retail in senior financial roles at B&Q and Homebase.
