Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares
LSL announces that Simon Embley, CEO acquired 70,000 LSL's ordinary shares of
0.2pence each ('Shares') on 29th November 2007 in London:
In addition, David Newnes, a PDMR acquired 50,000 Shares on 29th November 2007
in London.
Further, Matthew Latham and Nicola Latham, both children of Paul Latham, LSL's
Deputy CEO, acquired 25,000 (each) Shares on 29th November 2007 in London.
All of the above individuals acquired the Shares at a price of 144p.
Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings
(including, where relevant, those of their connected persons) in LSL are as
