Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares

LSL announces that Simon Embley, Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 33,000
LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each  ('Shares') on 10th March 2008 in
London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 125.5p.

In addition, David Newnes, acquired 33,000 Shares on 10th March 2008 in London.
The Shares were acquired at a price of  125.5p.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings in LSL
are as follows:
