LSL announces that Simon Embley, Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 1,260,000 LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ('Shares') on 12th November 2008 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 31.5p. 

Following the acquisition of the Shares,  Simon Embley's holding in LSL  is as follows:
