Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares 

LSL announces that Simon Embley, Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 400,000 LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ('Shares') on 24th April 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 105p. 

In addition, Mark Morris, acquired 20,000 Shares on 24th April 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 105p. 

Following the acquisition of the Shares, the Directors and PDMRs holdings in LSL are as follows:
