LSL announces that Simon Embley,  Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 250,000 LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ('Shares') on 11th June 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 135p. 

Following the acquisition of the Shares,  Simon Embley's holding in LSL  is  as follows:
