LSL Property Services Plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")

The rules of the LTIP provide that grants may be made to eligible employees within 42 days of their joining the Group.  The Company's board granted options on 23 September 2013 to the following Director who joined the Company on 9 September 2013.
