Dealing by Directors 

LSL announces that Bill Shannon, a Non Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary £0.02p shares in LSL on 26^th November 2014 at a price of 293 pence per share. Bill Shannon also acquired 561 shares on 16^th September 2014 at a price of 360 pence per share, as part of a dividend re-investment plan.  Following these transactions, Bill Shannon holds an interest of 20,561 shares representing 0.02 per cent of the issued share capital of LSL.
