LSL Property Services plc, announces the resignation of Robert Sharpe as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 19 December 2008. 

Robert joined the board in September 2008 and has made a significant contribution in a short period of time. Robert was recently appointed CEO of West Bromwich Building Society and, as a result, feels unable to make the appropriate contribution or commitment going forward. The process to recruit a replacement for Robert has now started and an announcement will be made in due course.
