Board Change

LSL, a leading provider of residential property services, today announces that  Alison Traversoni, Executive Director for Surveying and Managing Director (MD) of e.surv  has decided to step down from the Board and leave the Group with effect from 31st December 2012 for family reasons. The Board of LSL would like to thank Alison for her exceptional contribution to the business over the last 20 years.

Alison's role as MD of e.surv will be taken up on an interim basis by Richard Deeprose with effect from 1st January 2013. Richard is currently the Surveying Division's Strategy Director and is the former MD of Ekins, Barclays surveying operation which was acquired by the Group in 2007.

Alison said, "I feel proud to have been associated with the Group during a period of over 20 years."

LSL Chairman, Roger Matthews, said:

"The Board understands Alison's reasons for leaving and naturally we are sorry to see her go.  On behalf of the Board I extend to Alison both our thanks for all she had done and our best wishes for the future."
