REPLACEMENT

The announcement below replaces an announcement released on 24 June 2013 under RNS number 7402H. In that announcement Jon Round's total resultant holding was stated incorrectly. The total holding Jon Round and his connected person are interested in is 212,970.

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 21^st June, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") share scheme.

The following PDMRs exercised their share options at an exercise price of 240p and subsequently disposed of the ordinary shares of 0.2p on the dates set out below:
