Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Luceco plc ("the Group" or "Luceco"), the manufacturer and distributor of wiring accessories, LED lighting and portable power products, announces that the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 will be released on Tuesday 7 September 2021.

Luceco is also pleased to announce that John Hornby, Chief Executive Officer and Matt Webb, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the 2021 Interim Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 13 September 2021 at 11:00am. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
