AGM Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.30a.m today, the Chairman of M&C Saatchi, Jeremy Sinclair, will make the following statement: 

'M&C Saatchi continues to grow both revenues and profits and to deliver on its stated strategy of organic growth, drive towards higher margins, higher growth businesses and geographic expansion, with the number of our international offices now totalling 17. We are delighted that our UK advertising agency is currently ranked No. 3, having risen from No. 6, in 2005, at the time of our flotation. 

We have made a good start to 2008 and believe the full year remains in line with expectations.'
