Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

M&G plc (the 'Company') announces the following transactions:

That Alan Porter, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, instructed a transfer of 110,835 shares to Manuela Porter for nil consideration on 17 May 2023.

That the Company was informed on 16 May 2023 of changes to the interests of Benoît Macé following the reinvestment of the recent interim dividend of 13.4p per share.
