M&G plc has been notified of the following PDMR transactions that took place on 28 September 2023:

Benoît Macé, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.

Peter Grewal, Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, sold 3,601 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
