                       Purchase of Australian beef-cattle
                         and arable property, "Baquabah"


Further  to  the announcement made on 13 November 2006, the board is pleased  to
announce  that  the acquisition of the 4,097-hectare property, Baquabah,  for  a
total  consideration  of A$5 million (approximately £2  million)  has  now  been
completed.
