                           Block Admission Application

An  application  has been made to the London Stock Exchange  for  an  additional
block admission of 67,238 shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

This  additional block listing is to satisfy the exercise of options in  respect
of  the  Executive Share Option (No. 2) Scheme. The shares will rank pari  passu
with the existing issued shares.
