                         Appointment of Nomad and Broker


The  Directors of M.P. Evans Group PLC ("the Company"), a producer of Indonesian
oil  palm and Australian beef cattle, announce that Panmure Gordon (UK)  Limited
will now act as Nomad and broker to the company, with immediate effect.

Panmure  Gordon  (UK) Limited replace Panmure Gordon (Broking) Limited  in  this
role after a group restructuring.
